GTB Technologies is on a mission to help organizations take back control of their sensitive data — and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to turn a talented sales team into a revenue-generating machine.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, mentor, and elevate a team of SDRs, AEs, and AMs. You’ll be accountable for performance, pipeline, and people — driving execution while building a high-performance culture.
What You’ll Own:
Lead from the front: Coach your team in live call reviews, 1:1s, and strategy sessions to sharpen execution and close more deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and scale: Design and deliver onboarding, playbooks, and training programs that ramp reps faster and drive consistent performance.
Set the standard: Define clear KPIs and hold your team accountable to monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Collaborate across teams: Align with marketing and product to ensure messaging hits, campaigns convert, and product feedback loops are tight.
Recruit A-players: Help identify, interview, and onboard top talent as we scale.
Leverage data: Use CRM and enablement tools to track performance and drive intelligent decisions.
Roll up your sleeves: Be ready to jump into deals, calls, projects, and other tasks as needed to support business objectives — you’re not just managing, you’re leading.
What You Bring:
3+ years leading sales teams in a SaaS or B2B tech environment
A personal background as a hunter — you’ve built a pipeline from scratch and expect your team to do the same
Proven experience leading teams that generate at least 50% of the pipeline through outbound efforts
Track record of exceeding team targets — you’ve built and led high-output teams before
Obsessed with coaching: You know how to give real feedback that drives improvement
Fluent in sales ops: CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), forecasting, pipeline management, and enablement tools like Outreach or Gong
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, metrics, and modern prospecting strategies
Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity or working with technical buyers
